Simple Cheese Sauce

Use it over just about any cooked vegetables, but especially good with broccoli and cauliflower.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Martha's Hot Mustard (we used to use plain old mustard, but this made it even better)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions

Mix in microwaveable container. Heat in 15 second increments, stirring each time until smooth. If it gets overheated, it will separate. This should serve about 2-3 people.

Mac and Cheese with Hot Dogs

Instructions

Make one box of Mac and Cheese by boiling the noodles. While the noodles are boiling, cut up four hot dogs into teeny pieces. Throw the hot dogs in with the noodles and stir. Drain the water, add the powdered cheese and milk, mix completely, and spoon into a bowl.

Here's the secret: Put a glob of Heinz ketchup on top, then surround the glob with a "golden circle" of Martha's Hot Mustard. Mix and enjoy!
